How do I manage my subscription?
You can manage each of your subscription details using the Jittery Dog subscription page. We will give you an option to create an account when you checkout. Please note that an account is not automatically created for you once you place an order. If you would like to create an account after placing an order, click here and create an account using the same email you used at checkout.

How do I create a Jittery Dog account?
- Click here to quickly navigate to the account creation page
- Enter your name, email and create a password
- After your account is created you will be emailed an account activation link. Within the email, click the "Activate your account" button.
- You will be taken to your Jittery Dog account dashboard
I would love to try out a different coffee for my next shipment, can I swap?
Yes of course! You can easily manage your subscription through your subscription page.
- Log into your Jittery Dog account and click on the Manage Subscription button at the top of your profile, or click here
- Click the "See more details" link at the bottom of the subscription you want to modify
- Expand the "Product in this Subscription" area and modify away!
Can I change how often I receive my coffee shipments?
You can easily change the frequency of your coffee through your subscription page.
- Log into your Jittery Dog account and click on the Manage Subscription button at the top of your profile, or click here
- Click the pencil icon next to the "Order Frequency" information on the subscription you want to edit
- Enter your desired order frequency. Keep in mind, this will also change your automatic payment schedule to match your new order frequency
How do I cancel my subscription?
- Log into your Jittery Dog account and click on the Manage Subscription button at the top of your profile, or click here
- Click the "See more details" link at the bottom of the subscription you want to modify
- Expand the "Cancel Subscription" area and click the "Cancel Subscription" button
