Coffee Q's

What certifications does your coffee have?

All of our coffee is Direct Trade. Additionally, our coffee is USDA Certified Organic, Bird Friendly, and Certified Fair Trade.

Where does your coffee come from?

Great question! Our current coffee beans come from Honduras, but we're planning on adding a lot more origins in the future! We source our quality beans from local AZ distributors, and we make sure that the coffee we use is Fair and Directly Traded.

Is your coffee gluten, nut, and dairy free?

Yes! The only things that comes into contact with our roasting equipment are the green coffee beans. Our green coffee beans are free of any gluten, nut, dairy, and any other additives.

Are the tasting notes in your coffee bags added flavors?

Nope! The tasting notes in our coffee are a guide to the tastes and aromas of the coffee beans you are about to taste! It is the natural flavor that comes out of the coffee once it is roasted.

Shipping Q's

How can I track my order?

Once your order is roasted and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with complete tracking information. We ship all of our orders with USPS Priority Mail.

When will my order ship?

Once we receive your order, our staff here in AZ will start working on it! Typically your order will begin its journey to your home in about 1-2 business days. You will receive an email confirming your coffee's departure and tracking information!

What is my order incorrect or damaged?

First off, we are sorry that happened! Please get in contact with us at info@jitterydog.coffee and we can sort everything out.

Subscription Q's

How do I manage my subscription?

You can manage each of your subscription details through your Jittery Dog customer account. We will give you an option to create an account when you checkout. Please note that an account is not automatically created for you once you place an order. If you would like to create an account after placing an order, click here and create an account using the same email you used at checkout.

How do I create a Jittery Dog account?
  1. Click here to quickly navigate to the account creation page
  2. Enter your name, email and create a password
  3. After your account is created you will be emailed an account activation link. Within the email, click the "Activate your account" button.
  4. You will be taken to your Jittery Dog account dashboard
I would love to try out a different coffee for my next shipment, can I swap?

Yes of course! You can easily manage your subscription through your subscription page.

  1. Log into your Jittery Dog account and click on the Manage Subscription button at the top of your profile, or click here
  2. Click the "See more details" link at the bottom of the subscription you want to modify
  3. Expand the "Product in this Subscription" area and modify away!
Can I change how often I receive my coffee shipments?

You can easily change the frequency of your coffee through your subscription page.

  1. Log into your Jittery Dog account and click on the Manage Subscription button at the top of your profile, or click here
  2. Click the pencil icon next to the "Order Frequency" information on the subscription you want to edit
  3. Enter your desired order frequency. Keep in mind, this will also change your automatic payment schedule to match your new order frequency
How do I cancel my subscription?
  1. Log into your Jittery Dog account and click on the Manage Subscription button at the top of your profile, or click here
  2. Click the "See more details" link at the bottom of the subscription you want to modify
  3. Expand the "Cancel Subscription" area and click the "Cancel Subscription" button
